Here are the answers to our most Frequently Asked Questions:

"How many drinks does one batch make?"

Each batch makes about 5 gallons of product. (71 nine oz. drinks) This gives 25 people about 3 drinks each.

"Does Waco Margarita Party Rentals supply the liquor?"
Absolutely NOT. We do not supply any liquor or alcohol beverages. Our mixes are concentrates that contain no liquor or alcohol.

"How much are additional Mixes?"
All mixes are $20.00

"Can I use My own Margarita Mix?"
No. Our mix is made exclusively for Frozen Drink Machines. Other mixes will cause damage to the machine.

"What size cups do you supply?"
We supply 9 oz. cups. Large cups lead to waste as guests let the drink melt & throw away & get another. Also large cups can cause machine not to keep up with the demand of the party if you have many guests.

"When do you deliver the Margarita Machine?"
For a Friday or Saturday party, Our preferred delivery time is Friday between 9am and 2pm & pick up Sunday between  1pm and 4pm. We will call Thursday before your party & give you a 2 hour delivery window. If you need us to call you on the way, not a problem. Depending on other reservations we may have, we possibly could be flexible if needed to accommodate your schedule.

You will receive hands-on training and written instructions will also be left with the machine. Waco Margarita Party Rentals does not mix, blend, sell or encourage the consumption of alcohol. The machines are very simple and easy to use. After training and by using the written instructions we provide, you will be able to easily mix your own frozen drink batches.

Waco Margarita Party Rentals will make a calculated estimate of your mixes needed based on the information received from the client. The Delivery Representative will always leave an additional mix just in case. The customer will not be charged for the extra mix unless the seal is broken or the mix is used.

Through our experience we have learned a few secrets about getting the best performance out of your Frozen Drink Machine.

How to deal with really HOT days:

If you follow these very simple tips, you will increase the efficiency of the machine...

  • If possible, use the machine in an air conditioned area. This will insure it is always freezing to maximum efficiency. If you insist on it being outside? Make sure it is in a shady area. When the temperature outside gets over 90 degrees the machines have to work extra hard.

  • Before we arrive, go to your local grocery store and purchase 3.5 gallons of water (or put tap water in jugs at home).

  • Put the water in the fridge...make sure it is ICE COLD when we get there.

  • Also, put your alcohol in the FREEZER or Refrigerator.

  • The basic concept is the colder your ingredients, the faster the freeze time.

  • When we leave, fill the jugs back up and put them back in the fridge so you will be ready for round two!

"What else do you need to know?"
We must be notified at the time of booking if there are any steps or stairs that may complicate the delivery.

"What if I have any more questions?"
If you have any questions that may arise during your party, just give us a call.
